NewEra Bot Builder in its present development stage is free to use. We do not accept payments, sell subscriptions, impose renewal charges or collect payment card details. There is currently nothing to refund.

Third-party charges

Providers you choose independently (for example, your own VPS host, domain registrar or external API) may bill you under their separate terms. We do not collect those payments and cannot issue their refunds.

Future paid services

No paid or auto-renewing plans are offered. If this changes, we must publish clear prices, taxes, renewal and cancellation disclosures before checkout, ensure applicable consumer withdrawal and refund rights and update these Terms before charging anyone.
