Terms of Service, Terms of Use & EULA

Draft updated 14 October 2026 · Version 0.2 · Review before launch

These Terms apply when you create an account or use NewEra Bot Builder (the “Service”). The Service is currently a free, development-stage tool for building GameVox bot workflows. It is not affiliated with GameVox or Discord unless explicitly indicated by the respective platform.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register. Provide accurate country and age information. You are responsible for your credentials, the GameVox bot applications you control, and activity carried out through your account. Accounts are personal and isolated; you may only access projects you own.

Permitted use and third-party rules

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with GameVox’s applicable developer terms, rate limits, permissions and community policies. Do not scrape without authorization, evade limits, spam, harass, impersonate others, upload infringing material, misuse bot permissions, probe accounts, or access others’ data. Do not use workflow features to bypass the platform’s controls.

User content and intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in your original workflow configurations and content. You give the operator a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit and execute your content to provide the Service. You warrant that you have sufficient rights and permissions for content and logos you provide. You receive no ownership rights in third-party trademarks, platform APIs, or software packages.

Software license (EULA)

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access this hosted Service subject to these Terms. This does not grant permission to copy, resell or reverse engineer protected server-side code beyond rights that mandatory law or applicable open-source licenses provide. Open-source components remain under their separate licenses.

Free service and changes

At present, no fees, payments, subscriptions, renewals, or advertising are charged by this Service. If a paid feature is introduced, pricing, taxes, billing terms, renewal arrangements and lawful cancellation options must be separately disclosed before any purchase. We may change or discontinue nonessential features and will provide notice where required by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect users, platform integrations or security, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. We will provide notices and appeals where required by applicable law. You may delete your account from the Account & Privacy page, subject to legally required limited retention and backup cycles.

Availability and disclaimer of warranties

Because the Service is under active development, it may contain defects or be unavailable. To the maximum extent lawfully permitted, the Service is provided “as is” without additional promises of uninterrupted availability, guaranteed security, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed.

Liability and indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse, third-party services or interruptions. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intentional misconduct or other mandatory statutory obligations. If your unlawful content or intentional misuse results in a third-party claim, you agree to indemnify the operator for reasonably incurred losses to the extent such indemnification is lawful; this does not override consumer protection legislation.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by Greek law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applying to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing in this clause limits rights to contact regulators, consumer authorities or courts where legally protected. Contact the operator first to seek an informal resolution if you wish; it is not a mandatory waiver of your rights.

Changes, severability and contact

If an individual clause is unenforceable, remaining clauses continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Significant updates will be communicated where legally required; the version date appears above. Contact details are provided below and must be valid before public launch.
